1. PERFORMANCE- SMART BMS
Smart BM with Advanced battery intelligence designed for maximum performance and easy monitoring.
- Adaptive Control for Maximum Performance
Battery BMS is on watch constantly and manages voltage and Current of the battery to ensure maximum power is delivered at all times. Consider it as smart Algorithm that knows what parameters to tweak to get the most out of your battery.
- Active Risk Detection and Prevention
The BMS proactively monitors any kind of risk or Hazard & alerts the user by sending alert notification and taking proactive actions to mitigate any kind of risk by regulating critical battery parameters.
- Multi-Protocol Connectivity
o The system supports multiple connection types.
o This allows smooth communication with other system components.

3. EXCEPTIONAL SAFETY
Advanced Safety Protection
- Emergency Control
This ensures maximum protection in all operating conditions.
- Intelligent Thermal Management (Smart Temperature Monitoring)
The system continuously monitors temperature 24*7. If abnormal heat is detected, the safety mechanisms activate automatically:
o 55°C → Early temperature warning is triggered
o 60°C → Battery automatically shuts down to prevent any hazard
o 150°C → Fire alarm is activated to alert nearby personnel
o 185°C → In-built aerosol fire suppression system activates to control and suppress fire risks
- Electrical Safety Protection
The system is also protected against sudden electrical faults:
o If there is excessive current or a short circuit, built-in electrical protection immediately cuts off power.
o This prevents damage to the battery and protects connected equipment.
- Explosion-Proof Cells
The battery uses explosion-proof cells, rigorously tested under extreme conditions to ensure maximum safety at all times.
- Emergency Switch
Manual safety control in addition to automatic safety systems, the BESS is equipped with an emergency switch.
4. IP54 RATING
The Battery comes in IP54 rated cabinet system designed especially for Indian conditions. This gives ultimate protection against water & dust. Also, we use C4 grade Anti-corrosion material for durable performance across humid and coastal regions.
