These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the Luminous Brighter Celebrations Diwali Offer (“Offer”) applicable to eligible consumer purchases made during the Offer Period.
By participating in the Offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these T&C.
1. The following terms and conditions govern the conduct of Brighter Celebration Sale organized, conducted, and brought to you by Luminous. Brighter Celebration Sale will be valid from 8th Oct 2026 till 8th Nov 2026.
2. This offer is open for all citizens of India only but excludes employees and the family members of Luminous brand, its associate partner, distributor, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.
Luminous E-shop reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of purchase and customer information (including a customer’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any customer who submits any information that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the purchase process.
3. During the Offer Period, no coupon code, promotional coupon, discount code or other coupon-based discount shall be applicable in conjunction with this Offer.
Any order placed using a coupon code during the Offer Period may, at the sole discretion of Luminous:
- be cancelled; or
- be processed without giving effect to the coupon discount.
Where an order is processed without the coupon discount, the eligibility for the Offer benefits shall be determined on the final eligible order value after removal of the coupon discount.
The customer shall not be entitled to claim Offer benefits based on an order value that includes an impermissible coupon discount.
4. Eligibility
The Offer is applicable only to genuine consumer purchases made for personal or household use.
The Offer shall not be applicable to B2B, institutional, corporate, bulk, commercial, reseller, dealer, distributor or similar business purchases/orders.
Orders identified as B2B, institutional, bulk, commercial or reseller orders shall not be eligible for:
- the assured Amazon Pay voucher; or
- participation in the Lucky Draw.
Luminous reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies as a consumer order or falls under B2B, institutional, bulk or commercial purchasing.
5. Assured Amazon Pay Voucher
Every eligible consumer customer shall receive an assured Amazon Pay voucher based on the final eligible order value, as set out below:
- An order with a final eligible value of ₹19,999 shall qualify for a ₹500 Amazon Pay voucher.
- An order with a final eligible value of ₹20,000 shall qualify for a ₹1,500 Amazon Pay voucher.
- An order with a final eligible value of ₹30,000 or above shall qualify for a ₹2,000 Amazon Pay voucher.
The applicable voucher shall be determined based on the final eligible order value after taking into consideration applicable discounts, coupon adjustments and other reductions to the order value, if any.
6. Amazon Pay Voucher Fulfilment
The applicable Amazon Pay voucher shall be issued after completion of the applicable return window for the eligible order.
The vouchers shall be dispatched to the email address registered with the eligible order in batches/tranches as communicated by the Luminous team.
The current planned voucher fulfilment schedule is as follows:
- 30 October: First batch of vouchers for eligible orders whose applicable return window has been completed.
- 15 November: Final batch of vouchers for eligible orders whose applicable return window has been completed.
The voucher shall be issued only for eligible orders that remain valid and are not cancelled, rejected, returned or otherwise disqualified.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address at the time of placing the order.
Luminous shall not be responsible for any failure to receive the voucher arising from an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible email address provided by the customer.
7. Lucky Draw
In addition to the assured Amazon Pay voucher, eligible customers shall have an opportunity to participate in a Lucky Draw.
The Lucky Draw shall be applicable to eligible consumer orders having a final eligible order value of ₹20,000 or more.
The following prizes shall be offered under the Lucky Draw:
- 5 Ovens
- 3 Air Fryers
- 2 Mixer Grinder
Accordingly, a total of 10 winners shall be selected for the Lucky Draw.
Apart from this, 1 lucky winner will be selected each week during the promotion period from 8 October 2026 to 8 November 2026. A total of four (4) winners will be chosen, and the full value of their order will be refunded, subject to a maximum order value of INR 35,000 per winner.
Winners will be selected at random by the Luminous team from eligible orders received during the promotional period. The decision of the Luminous team regarding winner selection shall be final and binding.
8. Lucky Draw Eligibility and Draw Process
The Lucky Draw eligibility shall be determined after the final eligible order under the Offer is placed on 8 November, subject to completion of the applicable return window for such order.
Only eligible consumer orders that satisfy all applicable conditions under these T&C shall be considered for the Lucky Draw.
Orders that are cancelled, rejected, fully returned or otherwise become ineligible shall not qualify for the Lucky Draw.
Once the applicable return window for the final eligible order placed on 8 November has been completed, Luminous shall proceed with the Lucky Draw process.
9. Lucky Draw Winner Selection and Announcement
The Lucky Draw winners shall be selected by the Luminous team through a random selection process determined by Luminous.
The decision of Luminous regarding the selection of winners shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
The winners of the Lucky Draw shall be announced on or before 20 November.
Luminous reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any selected winner before awarding the prize.
If a selected winner is found to have placed an ineligible order, provided incorrect information, cancelled or returned the qualifying order, or otherwise failed to comply with these T&C, Luminous reserves the right to disqualify such winner and select an alternate winner.
10. Lucky Draw Eligibility
For the purpose of Lucky Draw eligibility:
- The order must be a genuine consumer order.
- The final eligible order value must be ₹20,000 or more.
- B2B, institutional, corporate, bulk, commercial, reseller, dealer and distributor orders shall not qualify.
- The applicable return window for the order must have been completed.
- Orders that are cancelled, rejected, fully returned or otherwise found to be ineligible may be excluded from the Lucky Draw.
- Luminous reserves the right to verify the order and customer details before confirming eligibility.
11. Multiple Orders
Eligibility for the assured Amazon Pay voucher shall be determined on an order-by-order basis.
Each eligible order meeting the applicable criteria shall be considered separately for the assured voucher.
Luminous reserves the right to restrict, combine or exclude transactions that appear to have been split or structured solely to obtain additional promotional benefits.
12. No Cash Alternative
The Amazon Pay voucher and Lucky Draw prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary consideration.
The Lucky Draw prize cannot be substituted for cash at the request of the winner.
13. Offer Benefits and Order Cancellation/Return
If an eligible order is subsequently cancelled, rejected, fully returned or otherwise becomes ineligible, Luminous reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any promotional benefit associated with such order.
If an Amazon Pay voucher has already been issued against an order that subsequently becomes ineligible, Luminous reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing the voucher.
14. Fraudulent or Abusive Transactions
Luminous reserves the right to disqualify any order or customer from the Offer where it reasonably believes that the transaction involves fraud, misuse, manipulation, multiple accounts, false information, commercial purchasing disguised as consumer purchasing, or any other attempt to unfairly obtain the benefits of the Offer.
Luminous decision regarding the eligibility of an order shall be final, subject to applicable law.
15. Changes to the Offer
Luminous reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or amend the Offer, its benefits, eligibility criteria, prize structure, fulfilment schedule or any other aspect of the Offer at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Any such modification may be communicated through Luminous official communication channels.
16. Limitation of Liability
Luminous shall not be responsible for any failure, delay or inability to provide the Offer benefit arising due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, communication failures, incorrect customer information, third-party service disruptions or other force majeure circumstances.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with this Offer or these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India.
18. General
In case of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation or implementation of the Offer, the decision of Luminous shall be final, subject to applicable law. Winners would be given their respective gifts once return window is closed.
