Terms & Conditions – Amazon Predict and Win Offer

• This offer is open to all customers who have participated in Amazon's Predict and Win Offer.
• Customers using the CC will get an assured RR merchandise.
• This offer is valid only once per customer.
• Employees of Luminous, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the offer.
• This offer is valid till the stock (RR merchandise) lasts.
• Confirmation will be sent to the customer via email and message.
• Prizes will be dispatched to the winners after 14 days of product delivery.
• Customers participating in Predict and Win are not allowed to return the product.
• Luminous and Amazon reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the offer, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer.
• Luminous and Amazon reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Terms & Conditions or behaves disruptively or unsportsmanlike.
• By participating in the offer, participants agree to release and hold harmless Luminous and Amazon and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and advertising agencies from any liability including property damage, personal injury, or death in connection with the offer or the use/misuse of the prize.
