This offer is open to all customers who make a purchase of product(s) and combo(s) worth ₹30,000 (Order Amount) or above in a single transaction.
Customers that shop ₹30,000 (Order Amount) or above in a single order will get an assured RR merchandise.
This offer is valid only once per customer.
Employees of Luminous, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the offer.
The Spin and Win offer is valid from 1st May to 31st May.
The Spin and Win offer is valid till the stock (RR merchandise) lasts.
Customers participating in Spin and Win are not allowed to return the product.
Prize Redemption
Confirmation will be sent to the customer via email and message.
Prizes will be dispatched to the winners after 14 days of product delivery.

Luminous reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the offer, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Luminous’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer, as determined by Luminous in its sole discretion.
Luminous reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By participating in the offer, participants agree to release and hold harmless Luminous and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and advertising agencies from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death which may occur in connection with the offer or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of prize.
